Fees for a personal property appraisal are dependent on each valuation assignment, and are most often billed hourly. In conformance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, fees are not based upon a percentage of value nor are fees contingent upon the development or reporting of a predetermined value or the attainment of a stipulated result.
