Brooks Rice, ASA is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, tested and credentialed in fine art. Brooks has over 19 years of personal property valuation and appraisal experience in fine art as well as archives, memorabilia and ephemera, Hollywood collectibles and sound recordings - including vinyl records.  Brooks has contributed expert market analysis for the valuation of significant archival holdings and gave a presentation on the appraisal of archives at the International Conference of the American Society of Appraisers in 2015. Brooks has served as chair of the Personal Property PR Subcommittee of the American Society of Appraisers and as a member of the Personal Property Committee. Brooks served for five years as Personal Property Chair and on the Executive Board of the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers, coordinating education panels, tours and workshops for appraisers and professionals in the field of fine art.
